Create an API Key

1. Go to API Gateway
2. Create an API key
3. Add API key to the usage plan for Warden
4. Note down the id and contents of the api key

Create a Dynamo Record

See the User reference to see the format of the User object.

Use the API key id from the previous step as the id key of the User object.
